The Cork International Choral Festival’s prestigious Fleischmann International Trophy Competition consistently features top class adult choirs from many countries. A programme of a cappella music is required and the competition is open to application from any choir of international standing (except specifically children’s choirs) with a minimum of twenty voices. All international choirs competing in the Fleischmann International Trophy Competition also perform non-competitively throughout the Festival weekend. Eleven choirs from ten countries have been chosen for this year’s competition.
