Guys and Dolls [IRELAND]
Guys and Dolls were formed in July 2016 to compete in the open mixed quartet contest at the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers convention in Cork, October 2016. Immediately enjoying the experience of singing together, they were only delighted to place first in the competition, and had no reservations about continuing to sing together. Guys and Dolls take a great interest in all styles of modern acapella singing, including close harmony jazz and popular music.
All four are graduates of the CIT Cork School of Music and are heavily involved in the music scene in Cork, performing with numerous groups, working as musical directors and as singing teachers.
