Fleischmann International Trophy Competitors 2017 Female Chamber Choir – Sv. Zlata Meglenska (Macedonia)   The Female Chamber Choir Sv. Zlata Meglenska exists as part of the Macedonian Orthodox Church and is the first of its kind in the Republic of Macedonia. Composed by 22 volunteer women’s voices, the choir contributes to the reputation of the Macedonian cultural tradition and the popularity of authentic and high-quality choral singing. Conducted by Letka Dimovska Polizova, the choir accomplished excellent international presentation and affirmation of Macedonian Church music in numerous countries across the world. Sv. Zlata Meglenska won the title of World Champions in the Women’s Chamber Choir category at the Great Choir Games in Sochi 2016.   Choros Amici (England) The singers of Choros Amici (the “choir of friends”),  all friends of the musical director, Chris Mallinson, come from all over England and meet for occasional rehearsal weekends to work hard, laugh hard and play hard, all with the shared goal of having a good time whilst performing music to an exceptional standard.
