In this session, with Chamber Choir cc FREIA, he introduces a selection of his works spanning five decades and discusses the commissioning projects that led up to them, including Die Stimme des Kindes, Seven Last Words from the Century Dictionary and Juliet November Tango. Commissioning a piece of music is an intriguing dialogue with sometimes surprising results.
