I optakten til festivalen, lørdag aften og søndag morgen, inviteres lokale kirkekor til at deltage i et udvekslingsprogram med andre kirkekor. Dette indebærer at udføre messe på de respektive tidspunkter i de kirker, de besøger, hvilket fremmer en udveksling og musikalsk samarbejde mellem lokale kor.
