Farní dětský sbor Mount Merrion

The Mount Merrion Parish Children’s Choir has been in existence for over twenty years, and continues to go from strength to strength. They are a non-audition choir with over 60 members aged 4 to 18, who sing at our Family Mass every Sunday. The Senior section of the choir, aged 8 to 18 have taken part in multiple charity events, raising funds for the Irish Guide Dog Society, the Irish Deaf Society, the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association and most recently participated in a charity carol concert with the Ranelagh Singers, raising over €4000 for Operation Smile. They were chosen to sing at the Papal Mass in Phoenix Park in 2019, and have performed with a Capella group Ardú in their Christmas concert. They recently had the opportunity to do a workshop with Deke Sharon while he visited Ireland.
