The Cork International Choral Festival invites applications for the position of Festival Administrator.

Position: Festival Administrator (Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week)
The Festival Administrator will work closely with the Festival Office to perform a range of designated administrative, organisational, and logistical duties essential to the successful operation of the Festival. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A start date in January is required.

Key Skills and Experience
• Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Accuracy and efficiency in completing work to a high standard
• Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment

Personal Qualities
The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. They will possess exceptional organisational and time-management skills, demonstrate flexibility in managing concurrent responsibilities, and be able to meet demanding deadlines. A willingness to work outside of normal office hours when required is essential.

Terms
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).
