Munster Mix Barbershop Chorus

Munster Mix is a West Cork mixed barbershop chorus that rehearses every Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. in Bandon. Under the direction of Cherry Hartshorn, who founded the chorus in 2018 and brings a lifetime of barbershop directing experience, Munster Mix has grown to 44 members from all walks of life across West Cork and beyond. Performing an eclectic mix of barbershop, gospel, and jazz a cappella arrangements, Munster Mix regularly competes in both national and international competitions. In 2024, the chorus won gold in the Mixed Chorus section at the Irish Association of Barbershop Singing (IABS) Convention in Killarney and has been nominated by IABS to represent Ireland at the World Mixed Barbershop Convention in Wuppertal, Germany, in March 2026.
