ROHAN is an innovative choir leader with two master’s degrees from the Royal Academy of Denmark and a bachelor’s in Music Education. Drawing from practical research, he investigates the connections between well-being, safety, stress, and the voice. As a former teacher at the Conservatories of Zwolle and Utrecht, he applies these insights to enhance choir singing in general.
The ROHAN Methodology is more than a singing or speaking exercise. It provides a safe and empowering space where young people learn to use their voice—not just to perform, but to express who they truly are.
Through breath, rhythm, movement, spoken word, co-writing, and group singing, participants develop confidence, creativity, and authentic communication skills. They learn to speak with clarity, empathy, and strength—without shouting, shrinking, or pretending.
ROHAN helps young people feel secure in their bodies, connect with others, and step onto a stage with authenticity. Because every voice matters—for oneself, for others, and for the world.
