Bishopstown Library

Bishopstown Library is the newest and the largest of the six local public libraries in the city. Housed in a modern and spacious building, making extensive use of natural light, it incorporates the best features of modern library design. The Library is located in the grounds of Wilton Shopping Centre and is strategically positioned between the SMA Church and the shopping centre at Wilton.

Bishopstown Library is a multi-use facility. As well as standard public library lending facilities the library provides space for group study, a dedicated exhibition rooms and Children’s Event spaces. The library pays special attention to the use of computer based online services and has state of the art PC, scanner and allied technologies in place. Members and non-members alike are welcome to use computers, or to use the library as a free reading space.
