We are currently recruiting an Information/Graphic/Admin Assistant to join our Festival Office. This position is only open to people who are eligible for Community Employment Scheme, i.e. over 21 years of age and in receipt of a Dept. of Employment Affairs & Social Protection payment for 12 months or more.

Duties and Responsibilities
Depending on experience, the successful applicant will assist with the design and layout of the Festival 2022 programme.
Reception
Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
Administration
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to assist in administration;
- Sort incoming mail and courier deliveries for distribution;
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and courier parcels;
- Provide information to people making enquiries about the festival and programme.
